Hydrolyzed beef collagen, L-carnitine L-Tartrate, acidity regulator (citric acid), glucomannan, inulin, aroma, color (beet red), CLA powder, N-acetyl-L-carnitine, sweeteners (acesulfame K, sucralose), L-ascorbic acid, sodium chloride, zinc oxide.

Mix 1 portion (12g - 1 measuring spoon) of powder with 300ml of water. It is recommended to consume the product in the morning, during the day or 30-60 minutes before training. One serving per day is recommended.
