Return Policy

At Heyday Philippines, we want you to have a seamless shopping experience. If you encounter any issues with your purchase, we offer a Return & Exchange Policy to ensure your satisfaction. Please read the guidelines below.

Eligibility for Return & Exchange

  • Defective or damaged items purchased from Heyday are eligible for return or exchange.

  • Items must be in their original packaging and condition.

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase.

  • A valid official receipt is required.

  • Hey Club Loyalty Members may return items without a receipt, provided the item tags remain intact.

Non-Returnable/Exchangeable Items

Heyday does not accept returns or exchanges for the following:

  • Items with tampered seals or packaging.

  • Compounded vitamins & supplements.

  • Expired items beyond 15 days of purchase.

  • Items damaged due to mishandling by the buyer.

Heyday reserves the right to decline returns/exchanges in compliance with Philippine consumer laws (RA 7394, RA 10918) and regulations set by DTI, FDA, and DOH.

Return & Exchange Process

Step 1: Contact Customer Support

Email hey@heyday.ph with the following details:

  • Name

  • Email or Contact Number

  • Order Number

  • Date of Purchase

  • Date of Order Receipt

  • Proof of Purchase (if no order number is provided)

  • Issue Description

  • Supporting Documentation (photos and/or videos)

No unboxing video, no return policy applies. This is also indicated in our packaging.

Step 2: Return Authorization

  • Our team will assess the request based on our return eligibility criteria.

  • If approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) Number and instructions.

Step 3: Return Shipment

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless stated otherwise.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

  • Ensure the RA number is clearly marked on the package.

Exchange Guidelines

  • Only defective or damaged non-food items, sealed beauty products, and general merchandise are eligible for exchange.

  • Exchanges must be for the same item.

  • If the exchanged item's value is lower than the original purchase:

    • The customer may select an additional item to cover the price difference.

    • The excess amount can be credited as store credit to their HeyClub account.

Refund Process

A. Cash Refund (via nominated bank account)
Cash refunds are only applicable for the following cases:
  • Incomplete or out-of-stock orders
  • Faulty or rotten products (poor quality)
  • Mixed-up or wrong orders, provided that the customer returns the incorrect item received.
B. Store credit or vouchers are allowed for:
  • Change of mind.
  • Delivery issues.
  • Incorrect or incomplete address.
  • Other customer-initiated order cancellations are not covered under cash refund eligibility.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us at hey@heyday.ph within 7 days of delivery. We will assist you in getting a replacement, exchange, or refund.
