1. Delivery Area
Please note that this pre-order service is exclusive to the Greater Manila Area (Antipolo, Binangonan, Taytay, Cainta, Tanay included only). Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, we are unable to accommodate orders outside this area to ensure the flowers' quality and freshness upon delivery

2. Pre-order Deadline
All pre-orders must be submitted no later than February 4, 2026 - February 11,2026 12:00 PM. Orders received after the deadline will not be processed.

3. Non-refundable Deposit
A non-refundable deposit of Php 500 is required to confirm and secure your pre-order. This deposit is part of the total cost of the bouquet and must be paid before the order can be processed.

No downpayment = no processing of order

4. Payment Details
To complete your pre-order, kindly deposit the Php 500 non-refundable deposit to the following bank account:

Once payment is made, please email a screenshot or proof of deposit to hey@heyday.ph for verification.

Cut-off of downpayment is on February 12, 2026, 12:00 PM ONLY

5. Delivery Schedule
The flowers will be delivered on February 13, 2026, and February 14, 2026, from 9:00 AM until 9:00 PM. You will be notified of your delivery schedule and tracking details once your order is confirmed.

Payment of Php 160.00 will be added to your total order amount for the shipping fee. 

6. Final Payment of the remaining balance
The remaining balance for the pre-order should be paid on or before February 13, 2026 (10:00 AM only). All other payments made after 10:00 AM will no longer be accommodated and will be refunded automatically. The Php 500.00 down payment will not be refundable. 

7. Order Cancellation
As flowers are perishable goods, cancellations are not allowed after the deposit has been made. The Php 500 deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances.

8. Customer Responsibility
The customer is responsible for providing accurate information about the receiver’s name, contact details, and delivery address. Heyday Philippines will not be held liable for any delivery issues resulting from incorrect information.

Because February 14th is our busiest day, we cannot guarantee the exact time. We can only be notified of your delivery schedule and tracking details once your order is confirmed. Our riders work hard to beat the traffic, but we prioritize the safety and freshness of your blooms!

Our rider will contact the recipient or the sender for instructions. If we can’t reach anyone, the flowers will be left with a guard or neighbor. If no one can receive them, the order will be returned to the shop, and a re-delivery fee will apply for the next day.

Nature is unique! While we follow the same design and color palette, slight variations in bloom size or shade occur. If a specific filler flower is out of stock, we’ll reach out to you or we substitute it with something of equal or higher value to maintain the vibe!

Yes! If you don't include your name in the "Message/Note" section, we will keep the sender's identity private unless the recipient asks.
